Parliament has not mastered the third reading the bill "On urban development in areas Krestovsky and Stone Island"

St. Petersburg parliament is not overpowered in the third reading the bill "On the urban development in areas Krestovsky and Stone Island." Not scored a quorum. Consideration of the bill will be continued tomorrow. The document permits to build on the islands. But only at the place torn down (due to dilapidation or accident) of the old houses. The height of new buildings should not exceed 12 m. Reconstruction allowed "to the conservation and functional significance of the site area." Investors will be set mandatory contributions - not less than EUR 500 per 1 square meter plot. The money the city should be sent only to the needs of Krestovsky and Stone. On the territory of Primorsky Victory Park new construction is prohibited altogether. So if tomorrow will come, and 34 deputies will vote on third reading, the construction of the stadium on Krestovsky (and such plans are being hatched Smolny) will be a big question.
