If the crisis everyone was, roughly, "for itself" and the prices were falling, but recently the company again moved to a policy of contract prices and construction costs began to rise. And what about your company? Our company continues to develop steadily, this year we have gone beyond the Nevsky district. Tell us about new projects of your company? As mentioned, our company began to build facilities not only in the Nevsky district. In the Maritime region of construction works at a furniture street in Vyborg - the Yaroslavl Avenue. Also, construction of a complex of houses at the intersection of Badayeva and Voroshilov - in 2011, our company plans to begin selling apartments in two buildings, "candles."
